I’d like to thank Lee for the excellent service that he gave us when fixing our Mac. A short while ago we had a problem installing some new software. We were unable as we had inadvertently forgotten the password and unfortunately we couldn’t get around this issue, hence calling Lee. He firstly tried to give us some free advise to solve the problem. He took the time to specially research what was required, collected the machine from our home, repaired it and returned it inside 24 hours. I must say that was excellent, I wish everyone operated in the same way, and to top it all off it was around half the price I expected to pay.
